Kollektif features a carefully curated collection of one of a kind objects designed and created by independent designers. Most of our products have unique qualities due to their material and handcrafted nature. Small variations in form, color and texture emphasize the quality and authenticity of the product.

PAYMENT POLICIES

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER.

PayPal and Venmo are also available at checkout.

SHIPPING

Kollektif will process and ship all in-stock items within 1-3 business days. We do our best to keep our online inventory updated. However, if an item is already sold-out at the time of order, you will be notified as soon as possible via email or phone. We would be happy to put you on a waitlist, issue a full refund or you can exchange your item for something new.

UNITED STATES

For all domestic orders, Kollektif offers UPS Ground Shipping. Once you receive your tracking number, your package should be delivered within 2-4 business days.

INTERNATIONAL

Please email info@kollektifco.com for all international shipping requests. Kollektif offers shipping quotes via UPS and USPS. Rates will be provided according to package size, weight and destination.

Important: Each destination country has different duties & import taxes. The customer is responsible for any duties owed at the time of delivery.

Please note: Any damaged shipment, both domestic and international, must be reported within 2 days of receipt.

RETURN POLICY

You can return any new and undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Kollektif is not responsible for shipping costs of returned items and will not provide shipping labels. 

Please remember to notify us and email info@kollektifco.com prior to shipping back your item.
